Brett Murray won his way to the WSOP Global Championship in the 2017/18 season by being the WSOP Circuit Thunder Valley Casino Champion.
Monday afternoon, Murray won his way to the 2018/19 WSOP Global Championship by winning the WSOP Circuit Thunder Valley Main Event.
A dominating performance by a player who practically owns big events at TVPokerRoom, Murray claimed his first-ever Main Event title by owning the chiplead for most of the last 10 hours of play.
Dubbed ‘God of Thunder’ by staff for his performances, Murray now has the WSOPC Main Event title at TVPokerRoom, along with a WPTDeepStacks High Roller, two TVP Monoliths and more to pile up just shy of $400,000 in that house alone.
