At a final table where just about every player held the chiplead at one point, Josh Prager ended up on top, earning the 2019 Ante Up World Championship title at TVPokerRoom inside Thunder Valley Resort in northern California.

Prager held off Wood Bailey heads-up – the two players beginning HU play with 149BB and separated by just 1BB – for the win, taking $116,434, with Bailey recording his career-best $114,434 score.

The final table had a heavy local-player flavor, with 5 of the top 6 finishers either regular cash-game or tournament players at TVPokerRoom. Prager’s Dad is a regular and was tableside for every hand at the final table, enjoying his son taking down a major title.
