Hafiz Khan batted back form a 10-1 chip deficit heads-up to win the January 2018 WSOP Circuit Main Event at TVPokerRoom at Thunder Valley Resort in northern California.
Khan earned $188,686 by defeating Roland Shen in the more than three-hour-long heads-up match. Shen collected $116,706 as runner up in the 599-entry field that created a $898,500 prize pool.
Khan also finished third in Event 1 in the circuit series at Thunder Valley, earning an additional $35,543 in the 1,511-entry $300k guaranteed $365.
