Godavarthy had the 15th Anniversary Turlock Poker Room card protector sitting atop his stack of 5k chips. After announcing raise, he grabbed a 1k chip and what he thought was a 5k chip, but grabbed the card protector instead and bet it.
Since he previously announced raise, floor rules it to be a minraise and that is placed out. Kumar then tries to move all in but he had already called the announced raise so he is held to just a call.
The flop comes out K-A-J, Godavarthy leads out and Kumar rejectedly gives it up.
Godavarthy shows Jacks for bottom set and the all-in challenger shows Q-9 for a gutter to Broadway.
