Matt Paten went on a serious run late in final table action to take home the Heartland Poker Tour Main Event win Monday at Ameristar St. Charles.

Paten came back from being down to as few as 10BB at the final table to defeat HPT Legend Craig Casino heads-up for the $110k first prize.

Casino, the All-Time HPT Money Leader, added $69k more to his impressive total.
