Poker Stars reached agreement Tuesday with the US Department of Justice to settle civil charges and toalso acquire Full Tilt, according to Forbes and multiiple other sources.

The agreement calls for Poker Stars to pay $731 million to the US Governemnt and to make $185 million available to return Full Tilt funds to non-US players.

The agreement is done with Poker Starts not admitting any wrongdoing, and remaining available to operate in the US once online poker is regulated here.
