LEVEL – 2 ANTE – 100 BLINDS – 100/100 ENTRIES – 57
Back in with his second entry in today’s $150 Big Blind Ante, Turlock Poker Room dealer Jeff Roy find himself back at the same table he just departed from with two pair falling to a straight.
First hand back and Roy wakes up with pocket Kings. He raises and draws two callers, including Shayne Heine – runner-up in last November’s Series Champion race.
Kx-7d-8d goes the flop, there’s a bet, Roy moves all-in and Heine tanks for a long time before mucking, but the other player calls.
Ace-King for the challenger, and Heine says he folded two diamonds.
You know what happens next, right?
Yp, turn was a diamond, Heine would have sent Roy to the rail twice in two hands. Instead Roy gets a double and gets to stay around a while longer.
