Segura Doubles Through Bruno in $50k

Onetime chipleader Brent Bruno (Alan Mastic at 280k recently took the lead) opens and Arturo Segura defends his big blind. The flop comes out K-4-5, bet-and-call, deuce on the turn elicits another bet-and-call and there’s an all-in announcement on the river.

Bruno shows Nines but Segura hit the ultimate big-blind-special, turning over 3-6 for a turned straight and a full double to 290,000. Bruno slips to 125,000.

The field remains 2 eliminations away from the end of Day 1B.
