Covarrubias now has a 105,000 stack midway through Level 10 on Day 1B of the $550 Main Event.
If Covarrubias makes the money in the Main Event, he locks out everyone but Federico Ayala in the race for the series title. Ayala stopped by to say he’s coming tomorrow to play Day 1C and look for a Day2Stack to chase the title.
Should both Ayala and Covarrubias make the money, the race could go all the way down to the final three players in the Main Event before the race is decided.
