Monday night was the monthly HoldemRadio VIP Freeroll, and this one was a great deal of fun, as there was a bounty on the heads of 10 staff and show hosts. Bounty players could knock one another out, but could collect the bounty, so the money just added onto the head on the player who knocks out the other, adding to the prize for a VIP to go after that bounty.
The $10 bounty of HoldemRadio co-owner Camille Cannon rolls over to the next VIP tourney, as Camille was called in to work at the last moment and she was unable to play. The entire bounty tournament was Camille’s idea and everyone had a great time.
Gregory ‘GTPoker HR’ Thomas took down the tournament and $30, deafeating HoldemRadio co-owner Dan Ross in a 127-hand heads-up match. Jim Tench, poker room manager at the CalNeva in Rneo, was 3rd, and here are the bounties and who collected them.
