Urged on by a loud and celebratory rail, Austin Wentling earns more than $100k by taking down the Heartland Poker Tour $1100 Main Event title at The Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington, PA.

Wentling defeated John Yocca heads-up, in huge part due to cracking Aces despite far behind and needing a river 3-outer to keep from being eliminated.

The 462-entry filed was the largest for a HPT $1100 Main Event outside of the tournaments held at Gates Poker Room in Black Hawk, CO.

Here’s our full coverage of the tournament from the Hold’em Live Updates team.
