One of the first World Series of Poker Circuit stops of 2024 takes the tour to Thunder Valley Casino Resort in January. The Poker Room hosts the tournament series from January 11-22. Satellites are offered as early as January 8, right on the heels of TVP’s Uncork 2024 – The Champagne Series.

The $500,000 guaranteed WSOP Circuit Main Event runs from January 19-22. Two starting flights run on Friday and Saturday of that weekend, with Day 2 taking place on Sunday seeing the remaining field playing down to a final table. The final day crowns a champion on Monday, January 22nd.

There is one re-entry per flight in this $1,700 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament. Satellites for the Main Event will be running throughout the tournament series

The kickoff event for the series is the $250,000 guaranteed The Opener No-Limit Hold’em event from January 11-14. The $400 buy-in event begins with Flight A on Thursday, Flights B and C follow on Friday, Flight D on Saturday, and the final day brings the opening weekend of the series to a close on Sunday.

The Monster Stack is the third event on the schedule to feature a guaranteed prize pool of six-figures, with at least $100,000 up for grabs in the $400 buy-in event. That tournament runs January 17-18, with two starting flights at 10 am and 3 pm on the first day, followed by the final day with a Noon restart.

Other games spread on the schedule include Pot-Limit Omaha, HORSE, Omaha 8, an 8-Max No-Limit Hold’em, as well as knockout events with $100 bounties in one and $500 bounties in the other. There is a Seniors event on the opening day of the series on January 11th. The largest buy-in during the tournament series is the $3,250 in the WSOP Circuit High Roller that runs January 18-19 with unlimited re-entries
