Three starting flights, Day 1A of the WSOP Main Event is traditionally the smallest of the three flights – by a LOT – and today is no different than in past years.
Though the number is just 795 total entries, it is the largest Day 1A in four years.
More than 200 players were eliminated by the end of the five 2-hour-long Day 1 flights, leaving 576 to come back on Tuesday for their Day 2 play.
Jonathan Little – whose Weekly Poker Hand podcast is featured on Hold’em Radio – finished the day 4th in chips at 211,300.
Here are all 576 players moving on to Day 2 – listed by chipcount.
