A recently-enacted law in the state of Florida now bans players in that state from participating on subscription-based online poker sites such as clubwpt.com.
Players living in Florida throughout the day Friday were informed via email by clubwpt they were no longer eligible to play in cash-payout tournaments due to the new law in their state.
Some of the players began contacting customer support at clubwpt, and all have been told their exisitng paid memberships will be refunded in full.
