We are coming to you this week from the Bay 101 Casino in San Jose, Ca., as the World Poker Tour makes its annual stop and brings you one of the best poker tournaments on the planet, the 2013 Shooting Star.
The $7,500 buy-in Main Event running March 4-8 features 48 different poker pro’s who all have a $2,500 bounty placed on them. The TeamHoldemRadio player in the tourney, Greg ‘Zarrdogg’ White, picked up one bounty when he knocked out Greg Mueller.
Greg finished in 60th place, cashing for $15,110, he went out with AJ all in preflop against the 99 of Christian Harder. A jack came on the flop, but so did a 9, and another 9 on the river for quads for Harder.
We’ll soon post a schedule for when we bring you the recorded interviews, and we will package them for broadcast also on Thursday, March 7 as well as during the Sunday, March 10 live broadcast from ClubWPT.com.
